FAQ
Common questions about Whaleboard.
No. Whaleboard only reads public blockchain data. Every transaction — claiming, staking, unstaking — is prepared by Whaleboard and must be approved in your own wallet. Turn on read-only mode to hide all transaction actions entirely.
Yes. Watch an address by pasting it in the connect dialog. The DeFi tab works without any wallet at all.
Whaleboard couldn't match it to a CoinGecko price, so it counts as $0 towards your totals. Because it's worth less than $1, it only appears in the Overview's token balances when Show dust is on.
Check that its chain is enabled in Manage chains, and that Show dust is on if it's worth less than $1. On Cosmos and EVM chains, only tokens from the supported token lists are shown — see Data sources.
Click the Live button at the top of the Overview or Staking page to refetch all data.
Solana rewards are added to your stake account automatically every epoch, so there's nothing to claim — they're already in your staked balance.
Reading stake accounts requires a keyed Solana RPC endpoint. On deployments without one, Solana balances still load but stake accounts don't.
Cosmos wallets authorize chains one at a time. The first time you act on a new chain, your wallet asks you to approve it. Claim all sends one transaction per chain for the same reason.
